Morgan Holtsclaw

Morgan Holtsclaw received her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Wells College in 2016. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Global Policy with a concentration in Security and Foreign Policy from the University of Maine’s School of Policy and International Affairs. Morgan’s work is focused on development and foreign affairs in Latin America.  She previously worked as an intern for the Wildlife Conservation Society in their Latin America Southern Cone program where she assisted in fundraising and environmental policy work to protect the Patagonian Sea.  Morgan currently serves as the Cohen Fellow for The University of Maine’s Cohen Institute for Leadership and Public Service.
